E-SIGN Disclosure and Consent
This E-SIGN Disclosure and Consent (this “E-Sign Consent”) allows First PREMIER Bank (referred to as “us” or “we”) to provide you electronic versions of important disclosures associated with your account at First PREMIER Bank. Certain laws and regulations require us to provide disclosures to you in “writing.” The E-SIGN Act allows us to provide these disclosures to you electronically if you consent and have not withdrawn your consent to receive disclosures electronically. Please contact your banker if you have any difficulties accessing or viewing the electronic documents associated with this transaction.
Scope of Consent
This Consent only applies to disclosures related to this transaction that we are required by regulation to provide to you “in writing.” If you consent, we will deliver disclosures associated with this transaction to you electronically instead of “in writing” (paper copies). Your consent does not apply to any future disclosures, including account statements.
How to withdraw your consent
If you wish to withdraw your consent and proceed with this transaction without signing electronically, click the menu option indicating “I will not E-Sign” and contact your banker so that you can arrange to sign paper versions of the documents. There is no need to withdraw your consent after this transaction since your consent does not apply to future disclosures.
How to update your contact information
It is important that we have updated contact information for you. Please contact your banker directly with any changes to your contact information including your email address.
Hardware and Software requirements
To receive electronic documents, you understand and agree that you have the hardware and software listed below necessary to view and retain electronic documents:
If using a mobile device:
• A mobile device with an Android or iOS (iPhone) operating system
• A data plan provided by your wireless carrier and an up-to-date mobile internet browser that is compatible with your operating system
• Software that reads and displays .pdf files on your mobile device
• Access to a printer and/or storage device if you wish to print or retain any electronic documents
If using a computer:
• A computer with any of the following operating systems and browsers:
o Microsoft Windows 10 using Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, or a current version of Firefox, or Chrome
o Microsoft Windows 8 using Internet Explorer 11 or later, or a current version of Firefox, or Chrome
o Mac OS X v10.9 or later using Safari 7 or later, or a current version of Firefox, or Chrome
• An internet connection
• Software that reads and displays .pdf files
• Access to a printer and/or storage device if you wish to print or retain any electronic documents
How to request paper copies
To request paper copies of the electronic disclosures, please contact your banker directly.
