Q: How do I activate my new debit card?

To activate your new First PREMIER Debit Mastercard©, please call the Bank-by-Phone number 800-315-6350 on the sticker located on your new card. You can also activate your debit card in online and mobile banking under Services > Debit Card Services. You will set your PIN number when you activate your card or you can call PIN Now at 800-891-2435 to set it at a later time.
