Q: What's the fastest way to make a loan payment?

First PREMIER Bank offers several quick and convenient ways to make your loan payment. You can make it digitally through First PREMIER Online or Mobile Banking by transferring money from your checking or savings to your loan account. (Enrollment and/or download may be required for initial use.) You can also use your primary financial institution’s Bill Pay. Please note, some institutions charge for Bill Pay. Refer to your product and service fee disclosure.  You can also call Customer Care at 800-501-6535 during normal business hours to make your payment. Simply provide a checking or savings account number and our team will make the transfer. There is a $10 fee for transfers made from non-First PREMIER accounts. Customers who make payments over the phone, using a First PREMIER account, will not be assessed the fee.
