Q: I paid off my loan so where is my title/lien release?

Titles/ lien releases are mailed out through general mail 10-20 day after the loan is paid off to the address we have for you on file or to the address specified on documents sent in with the pay off. IE: Your insurance agent requested we send it to them. If a loan is paid off through wire transfer, the information is released the next business day.
